The resort offers plenty of amenities including direct beach access and a pool deck with pools, hot tubs, and a little splash pad for the kids located on the 5th floor. The Soggy Dollar Snack Bar is now open for business.The snack bar is located in the Clubroom also on the fifth floor along the corridor to the West Pool area. Sunrise Beach is also located near Pier Park, amazing dining, shopping, and plenty of attractions for the whole family. The on-site parking garage has a clearance of 6'8" at the entrance and 6'4" on the top level (4). This property provides two unreserved parking spaces and passes are purchased in advance. It is $40 per vehicle/per reservation. Beach chairs are available for rental on the beach in front of the building.
