RESORT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: “During a time period beginning in late September 2023 and continuing through March 2024, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects. These include structural repairs and re-painting portions of the eastern half of the building (stacks 01 through 05), structural repairs on all levels of the parking deck, skybridge floor resurfacing, beach boardwalk access replacement, and HVAC repairs. During this time, some common area amenities such as the eastern outdoor pool, various parking spaces, skybridge access, beach access, HVAC, etc., will be impacted or unavailable.”

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be 25 to rent this property.
