Gorgeous unit at Shores of Panama- you do not want to miss this one! Beautifully decorated and you will love spending your vacation in this King Bedroom with Bunk Room unit. Step into the kitchen, complete with granite counters, a Keurig Duo, white cabinets and all the small appliances and utensils you will need. Enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for 3, or over in the separate dining area with seating for 4. The open concept layout offers plenty of space and amazing views from every angle. The living area has plenty of seating and a large flat- screen TV, which is perfect for movie nights! It also has a sleeper sofa. Step out onto your private balcony and watch the sunset every evening with your guests.
The Master bedroom features a King bed and offers ample storage space and your own bathroom, complete with Ritz- Carlton quality linens. This bedroom also has its own flat screen TV. It's a retreat unto itself! The Bunk Room features 2 twin beds. There is another FULL bathroom, and a Washer & Dryer in the condo as well. You will never want to leave!
Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and water sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events.
Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City’s premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy’s Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley’s Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!
This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.
Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional security deposit and photo ID will be required.
**Shores of Panama charges a flat rate $85 resort fee. You will pay this directly to the front desk after you arrive. 1 Parking Pass with this Unit.
