This kitchen has a Keurig and a coffee maker. There is also a 1/2 bath in the main living area. The balcony off the kitchen offers great views- enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktails, this is truly an extension of the home and a great entertaining space!

As the streets in our community are private property, the Association has decided that as part of the curfew, it will be required for ALL guests aged eleven and older to wear their amenity wristbands after 8:00 PM.
This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that offers completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.
Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November.
