Fully stocked with all of the small appliances you need including a drip coffee maker, it is a perfect space to enjoy coffee at the island bar, or make a full meal and entertain others at the dining room table. The living room has an amazing oceanfront view with all NEW furniture! Whether you have a movie night or just want to relax and read a book, it's a perfect space to relax.
The Master bedroom features a king size bed with an ocean view. This room has floor- to ceiling windows and its own private access to the balcony! They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.
RESORT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During a time period beginning in late September 2023 and continuing through March 2024, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects. These include repairs and re-painting portions of the eastern half of the building (stacks 01 through 05), repairs on all levels of the parking deck, and beach board walk access replacement. During this time, some common area amenities such as the eastern outdoor pool, various parking spaces will be impacted or unavailable. Noise levels will vary during the project. Stack 06 - 11 will start next Fall 2024.
Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be 25 to rent this property.
