You will enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, which includes ALL the small appliances (including a drip coffee maker) and utensils you could ever need. There is seating for 2 at the kitchen bar and you also have a dining area with seating for 4 people- great for dinners and game nights! The open concept layout leads into the living area, with HUGE windows and access to the largest balcony for this layout in the resort! End each day enjoying sunset cocktails while overlooking the Gulf Shore beaches. The living room has a 60" flat screen TV and DVD player, perfect for movie nights. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.
RESORT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During a time period beginning mid-September 2024 and continuing through late January 2025, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects. These include repairs and re-painting portions of the western half of the building (stacks 06 through 11). During this time, some common area amenities, such as the western outdoor pool, will be impacted or unavailable. Noise levels will vary during the project.
We apologize for any inconvenience; however, this is beyond our control. We like to make sure all guests are aware of any type of projects at the resort as soon as we are made aware. Because schedules are subject to change due to weather, we will update you accordingly.
Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 to rent this property.
