The Master bedroom has a King bed, a TV for your entertainment and an en suite bathroom, complete with dual vanities. The Guest Room has a queen bed, and also has its own TV and own bathroom. There is an additional 1/2 bath in the house, and there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area if needed. This home also has a FULL sized Washer and Dryer for your convenience.
There is tons of storage for all of your belongings throughout the house, including a garage, which is perfect for beach chairs and toys. The garage also has a newly added Electric Car Charger. The EV charger is a Type II Tesla Universal Charger for use by any tenant who rents and is compatible with most North American EVs, including Tesla vehicles.
