This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.
Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 25 years old to rent.
**Please note that the under counter ice maker and the fridge ice maker are out of order and not usable at the moment**
New registration takes effect January 1st, 2023 -
1 Bedroom - $35 plus tax
2 Bedroom - $48 plus tax
3 Bedroom - $60 plus tax
$10.00 fee will be added to all bedroom fees for late registration (late registration is registering with less than 24 hours of arriving at the property for check in).
