Aqua 810 is a one bedroom, plus bunk room with a door for privacy, and 2 full bathrooms that has undergone a FULL renovation.  New paint, flooring, furniture inside and on the balcony, custom woodwork, custom artwork, and new light fixtures.  All you see is comfort and BEACH, BEACH, BEACH!!! Includes two beach chairs and umbrella for the 2024 season and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and fun stay!  This condo is perfect for spotting dolphins. 

The kitchen is updated with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances.  Fully stocked with all the small appliances you need, some of the new additions are Keurig/drip coffee combination unit, blender, and toaster.  The dining room has seating for 4 plus the granite serving bar has 3 bar stools.

RESORT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During a time period beginning in late September 2023 and continuing through March 2024, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects. These include repairs and re-painting portions of the eastern half of the building (stacks 01 through 05), repairs on all levels of the parking deck, and beach board walk access replacement. During this time, some common area amenities such as the eastern outdoor pool, various parking spaces will be impacted or unavailable. Noise levels will vary during the project. Stack 06 - 11 will start next Fall 2024. 

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 to rent this property.
