This second-floor condo has tons of space and just steps from the ocean! Come on in and step into the white kitchen, featuring granite countertops and 4 barstools at the eat-in kitchen island. The open layout allows for you to see straight to the beach from the kitchen! Fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your morning coffee or a full gourmet meal. Step into the living area with its comfortable furniture and large flat screen TV, which is perfect for movie nights!
The Master bedroom features a King bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate soaker tub with double vanity. The Guest Room has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The third room has bunk beds with a twin over a full. Both bedrooms share a hall bathroom that has a tub and shower combination with a single vanity.
Boardwalk Beach Resort has so many things to enjoy. 2 swimming pools with lifeguards, arcade, food court, The Anchor Bar & Grill, and High-Speed Wi-Fi. This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.
Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be 25 years old to rent.
