13th Floor at Shores of Panama with reserved parking on the 6th floor.

Shores of Panama 13th floor, with tons of space and just steps from the ocean!  Come on in and step into the open condo.  The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and 4 barstools at the eat in kitchen island.  The open layout allows for you to see straight to the beach from the kitchen!  Fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your morning coffee or a full gourmet meal.  Step into the living area with its comfortable furniture and large flat screen TV, which is perfect for movie nights!  

The master bedroom features a king bed and its own flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom.  The guest room has a queen bed and its own en suite bathroom as well.  The bunk room has twin bunks, a barn door, TV, and its own bath, making it perfect for kids!

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach.  The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 pool side Tiki bars.  There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site.  Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Wal- Mart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City’s premier shopping and dining area.  Pineapple Willy’s Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley’s Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants.  You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB! 

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services.  They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest!  Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible.  Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.


PLEASE NOTE: A temporary beach closure takes effect 3/10-4/30/23 (which includes our beachfront), daily from 10 PM-4 AM.

Due to the delivery of the cranes that will lift the boilers to the roof, we have to limit access to multiple areas throughout the property/building to ensure everyone's safety.
THE FOLLOWING AREAS ARE NO-ENTRY AREAS USE EXTREME CAUTION! THE 12th LEVEL OF THE PARKING GARAGE WILL BE CLOSED. OWNERS AND GUESTS WILL NEED TO PARK ON LEVELS 1 - 11. THE SERVICE ENTRANCE/VENDOR GATE WILL BE CLOSED. THIS AREA WILL BE BLOCKED AT FRONT BEACH ROAD WITH ZERO ACCESS! THERE WILL BE LOTS OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT, CONSTRUCTION WORKERS, THREE SEMI-TRUCKS ETC. BLOCKING THIS ROADWAY.
THIS IS A HARDHAT AREA ONLY! ALL TRASH CHUTES ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING WILL BE CLOSED. TRASH WILL NEED TO BE TAKEN TO THE CHUTES BY THE CENTRAL ELEVATORS. THE TRASH COLLECTOR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE SERVICE ENTRANCE/VENDOR GATE FOR PICK UP ON THE WEST SIDE. THE DOG WALK AREA WILL BE CLOSED. YOU WILL HAVE TO WALK YOUR PET OFF-PROPERTY. THE EXIT DOORS BY ELEVATORS 1 & 2 LEADING TO THE SERVICE ENTRANCE/VENDOR GATE WILL BE CLOSED. THE WALK-THRU IN THE PORTICO LEADING TO THE SERVICE ENTRANCE/VENDOR GATE WILL BE CLOSED.
 As of today, we are starting to block off these areas to ensure we are prepared for the arrival of the cranes. These areas will be blocked off until approximately March 20, 2023, weather permitting. We will provide updates throughout this process. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call or email the Admin Office***

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional security deposit and photo ID will be required.

**Shores of Panama charges a flat rate $100 resort fee. You will pay this directly to the front desk after you arrive. 2 Parking Pass with this Unit. Garage Clearance: 6'10"
