This bedroom has a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower as well. The third bedroom is large and has 2 twin over full bunk beds with trundles under each of them that is perfect for the kids. It also has a flatscreen TV. The third bathroom features a shower and tub combination.
The kitchen has everything you could need to make a meal or just snacks. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A breakfast bar with 4 stools so the chef won’t miss a thing. It is open to the dining room that has a large table with seating for 6-8 people. The living room has a sectional with a chaise, a large flatscreen TV, and a fireplace for those rare chilly nights.
Walk outside to the fully fenced backyard with its own private pool, which can be heated if requested, for only $50 a day! Please request when you book so that we can add this to your reservation. You will enjoy spending your evenings out here with all the seating and even a gas grill.
This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that offers completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.
Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 years old and stay the entire stay, however, if any guests (other than the reservation holder) are under the age of 25 years old, we will require an additional deposit and photo ID.
