This stunning house has enough room for everyone in the family! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The master bedroom features a full bed, a twin bed, flatscreen TV, and 2 closets. The master bathroom has a large vanity and a shower tub combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flatscreen TV. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with a tub shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed (100 lb. weight limit for the top bunk).
The kitchen has everything you could need to make a meal or just snacks. Stainless steel appliances and all the small appliances and kitchen tools you could want. The dining room has seating for 6. The living room has comfy furniture, a large flatscreen TV, and a fireplace for the rare cool nights.
Walk outside to the fully fenced backyard with its own private pool! You will enjoy spending your evenings out here with all the seating and even a gas grill.
This property also allows small dogs. There is a fee of $35 per day per pet. The max weight is 15 lbs. There is also an additional charge for extra cleaning if it is needed.
This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that offers completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.
Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 years old and stay the entire stay, however, if any guests (other than the reservation holder) are under the age of 25 years old, we will require an additional deposit and photo ID.
