This stunning house has enough room for everyone in the family! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The master bedroom features a full bed, a twin bed, flatscreen TV, and 2 closets. The master bathroom has a large vanity and a shower tub combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flatscreen TV. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with a tub shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed (100 lb. weight limit for the top bunk).
The kitchen has everything you could need to make a meal or just snacks. Stainless steel appliances and all the small appliances and kitchen tools you could want. The dining room has seating for 6. The living room has comfy furniture, a large flatscreen TV, and a fireplace for the rare cool nights.
Walk outside to the fully fenced backyard with its own private pool! You will enjoy spending your evenings out here with all the seating and even a gas grill.
This property also allows small dogs. There is a fee of $35 per day per pet and a $500 refundable security deposit as long as extra cleaning if it is not needed. The max weight is 15 lbs.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 years old and stay the entire stay.
