The master bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and private balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and its own private balcony. The ensuite has a double vanity and a shower tub combination. The fourth bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed.
The kitchen has everything you could need to make a meal or just snacks. Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, breakfast bar with seating for 4, gas range, and all the small appliances and kitchen tools you could want. The dining room has seating for 6. The living room has comfy furniture, a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping, and a large flatscreen TV.
Walk outside to the fully fenced backyard you will enjoy spending your evenings out here with all the seating and even a gas grill.
This property also allows small dogs. There is a fee of $35 per day per pet. The max weight is 15 lbs. There is also an additional charge for extra cleaning if it is needed.
This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that offers completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 years old and stay the entire stay, however, if any guests (other than the reservation holder) are under the age of 25 years old, we will require an additional deposit and photo ID.
