Aqua Resort just opened their new coffee bar and gift shop.  They offer coffee, sandwiches, salads, pizza, snacks, ice cream, candy, beach toys, sunscreen, gifts, and more!  There is also a poolside eating area.

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services.  They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest!  Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible.  Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

 During a time period beginning mid-September 2024 and continuing through the end of January 2025, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects.  These include repairs and re-painting portions of the western half of the building (stacks 06 through 11).  During this time, some common area amenities such as the western outdoor pool, will be impacted or unavailable.  From September 16th - October 14th, the resort will be working on the windows of this particular unit. Noise levels will vary during the project. We apologize for any inconvenience; however, this is beyond our control. We like to make sure all guests are aware of any type of projects at the resort as soon as we are made aware. Because schedules are subject to change due to weather, we will update you accordingly.

We would also like to inform you that the new beach boardwalk project will commence on November 5, 2024. The initial phase involves the removal of the existing boardwalk. During this period, the usual beach access gate will be locked. Temporary beach access will be available on the east side of the property, between Aqua and the Ambassador. Signage will be posted on the property to guide you.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be 25 to rent this property.
